1. Introduction

Welcome to Melbourne Fleet Rentals. By booking a vehicle with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your rental.

2. Eligibility & Requirements

• Renters must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver’s license.

• International drivers must provide a valid passport and an English-translated license if required.

• The renter is responsible for ensuring they meet all local driving laws.

3. Booking & Payment

• No deposit required – you can book a car without any upfront security deposit.

• Full payment must be made at the time of vehicle handover.

• We accept credit cards, debit cards, and cash on delivery.

4. Vehicle Pickup & Return

• Vehicles must be collected at the agreed time and location. Late pickups may affect availability.

• Cars must be returned in the same condition as received.

• Late returns may result in additional charges.

5. Insurance & Liability

• Basic insurance is included in all rentals. Additional coverage is available upon request.

• The renter is responsible for any damages not covered by insurance.

• Insurance does not cover reckless driving, off-road use, or unauthorized drivers.

6. Fuel Policy

• Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as provided.

• A refueling charge may apply if the fuel level is lower than at pickup.

7. Tolls & Fines

• Renters are responsible for all toll charges, parking fines, and traffic violations incurred during the rental period.

• Tolls will be billed separately based on vehicle usage.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made 24 hours before pickup are free of charge.

• Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee.

9. Roadside Assistance

• 24/7 roadside assistance is available in case of emergencies.

• Additional fees may apply for issues caused by driver negligence (e.g., lost keys, running out of fuel).

10. Prohibited Uses

• Vehicles cannot be used for racing, off-road driving, towing, or illegal activities.

• The rental is non-transferable—only approved drivers can operate the vehicle.

11. Modifications to Terms

Melbourne Fleet Rentals reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.
